Eptek Centre – Yield Exhibit
There’s still time to catch this year’s Celebration of Craft exhibition, Yield. Take the opportunity to slow down and reflect with the collection of fine craft curated by Maegan Black.
Yield is a partnered exhibition between PEI Crafts Council and Eptek Centre. It features twenty-four Island artisans who work in a variety of mediums, including textiles, ceramics, woodworking, jewellery, metalworks, and basketry. Learn about women’s voting rights with the exhibition Votes for Women, commemorating the centennial of some women starting to gain voting privileges in PEI’s provincial elections.
This exhibition is split up into sections that are displayed at the seven PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation sites throughout the summer. To see the whole exhibition, visit Eptek Centre and the other six PEI Museum sites: Green Park Shipbuilding Museum & Yeo House, the Acadian Museum in Miscouche, Beaconsfield Historic House in Charlottetown, Orwell Corner Historic Village, Basin Head Fisheries Museum, and Elmira Railway Museum.
