The Creator’s Gift

Officially on display on Nov 26th will be a collection of artworks created by over a dozen Mi’kmaq artists! “The Creator’s Gift” will be an immersive artistic experience through quillwork, basketry, jewelry, drum-making, and much more!

The exhibit will be on display until the beginning of February, with the Opening Reception to be held on Sunday, Dec 8th from 1 – 3 pm. This is a free event with refreshments, snacks and entertainment graciously provided by the Lennox Island Mi’kmaq Culture Centre. Keep an eye out for artist demonstrations and other events happening around this exhibit!

Our annual Remembrance Day exhibit, in collaboration with Greg Gallant of the PEI Regiment Museum, will be on view in the lobby throughout the fall. This year we will be highlighting PEI’s Indigenous veterans.
