PEI Annual Giant Pumpkin & Squash Weigh-Off

How big can a pumpkin really get? Come find out at the 33rd Annual Giant Pumpkin & Squash Weigh-Off at Kool Breeze Farms!

Bring the whole family to see some of the biggest and most impressive pumpkins, squash, gourds, tomatoes, and other garden giants from local growers. Entries will hit the scales at 12:00 PM to see which ones will take home the honours.

Beyond the weigh-off, enjoy a full day of fall fun with free wagon rides, children’s activities, the Field of Fun, contests, and more. Food will be available from the BBQ and Cavendish Farms fry truck, and visitors can take on the corn maze for an additional fee.

Kool Breeze Farms will also be selling pink pumpkins, with 100% of proceeds donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Bring your biggest! Entries must arrive between 9:00 and 10:30 AM. Registration is $20 per category.

Categories include Giant Pumpkin, Giant Squash, Field Pumpkin, Long Gourd, Marrow, Giant Tomato, Bushel Gourd, and Watermelon.
