Join us for an evening of storytelling and song with Lawrence Maxwell, an award-winning Prince Edward Island singer-songwriter whose sound blends folk, bluegrass, and alt-country.

Lawrence first began writing songs while serving in the Royal Canadian Navy, which led to his debut album Not Your Outlaw (2018) and a Music PEI Award. His follow-up album Almost Natural earned an ECMA nomination and international showcases, including AmericanaFest UK.

His latest release, Ballad of Miles, received seven Music PEI Award nominations and international airplay, earning praise as one of Canada’s standout alt-country albums.

Often compared to John Prine and Merle Haggard, Lawrence Maxwell delivers timeless songs filled with honest storytelling and heart.
