This interactive tasting event showcases premium Island beef through a series of creative, chef-inspired dishes paired with local brews in a lively and social atmosphere. Meet the farmers, chefs, brewers, and producers behind the flavours while enjoying live entertainment and a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary action.
Throughout the evening, guests will sample a variety of expertly prepared beef dishes highlighting different cuts and cooking styles, demonstrating the versatility and quality of PEI beef.
