ArtSmarts Exhibit at Eptek Art and Culture Centre
The annual ArtsSmarts exhibition will be on display from May 25th to June 2nd, showcasing student art projects from various schools across the island. Opening reception will be May 25th at 6pm. This is a free event, and all are welcome!
On display Tuesday, June 13th, the Kindred Spirits Quilt Guild will be showcasing their exhibit “Quilts of Covid.” Blessed with the gift of time during the 2020 Covid lockdown, members discovered many unfinished quilting projects. Using this narrow time frame, they created a body of work that reflects, not only their guild, but also PEI. The exhibit will be on display over the course of the summer. Eptek Art & Culture Centre is a site of the Prince Edward Island Museum and Heritage Foundation and is located at 130 Heather Moyse Drive on the Summerside waterfront, adjacent to the Harbourfront Theatre. The site is open year-round. Exhibit admission is by donation (suggested donation $5).
