Black Islanders: Four Centuries and Counting is on display in the small gallery of the Eptek Art & Culture Centre until February 7th.
Curated by the PEI Museum & Heritage Foundation, this exhibit contains invaluable contributions from the families of Black Islanders, shedding some light on the untold stories and significant contributions of the Black community on PEI over the past four centuries. Previously exhibited on the grounds of Beaconsfield this past summer, Eptek is excited to bring this National Trust Governors’ Award-winning exhibit to Summerside!
