SOLD OUT! Chopped – Summerside Edition

Are you ready to see a culinary showdown featuring Island cooks and ingredients? If so, join us at Evermoore Brewing Co for our first annual “Chopped” Summerside Edition.

Our participating cooks will compete in three rounds of LIVE culinary creating in the following competition rounds:

Round 1 – Appetizer Challenge: Each competitor is presented with a mystery basket of ingredients. They must create an appetizer dish within a fixed time frame. Judges evaluate taste, creativity, and presentation.

Round 2 – Entrée Challenge: In this round, competitors receive a new mystery basket with ingredients to create an entrée dish. Again, judges score based on taste, creativity, and presentation.

Round 3 – Dessert Challenge: The final round involves the competitors receiving a dessert-themed mystery basket. They have a set time to prepare and present their dessert creations. Judges continue to evaluate taste, creativity, and presentation.

While you enjoy the show, the culinary team at Evermoore will serve up a buffet supper featuring Braised Beef and Maple Baked Salmon with a mix of salad, roast and mash potato, roasted veg, and soup.
