From September 17–20, participating Summerside restaurants will be putting their own spin on the weekend with a Craft Cocktail Trail, featuring one specialty cocktail and one specialty mocktail created just for the occasion.

Campfire S’mores Espresso Martini
A chocolate espresso martini with toasted marshmallow syrup, a crushed graham cracker rim and toasted marshmallows on top.

Campfire S’mores Espresso Mocktail
A zero-proof take on the original, made with zero-proof rum, espresso, toasted marshmallow syrup and chocolate syrup, finished with a graham cracker rim and toasted marshmallows.

Rail Line Rhubarb Collins | $13
PEI gin from Deep Roots Distillery, rhubarb syrup, fresh lemon, honey, orange bitters and soda, finished with a rosemary sprig.

Harbour Bloom Fizz | $7
Cranberry, fresh lime, honey syrup, ginger beer and soda, finished with mint and a dried orange wheel.

Maple After Dark | $12
Deep Roots Maple Cream Liqueur, maple liqueur and coffee, shaken and strained into a chocolate-drizzled martini glass and finished with a piece of chocolate maple bark.

Maple After Dark Mocktail | $10
Iced coffee, milk, cream and maple syrup served in a chocolate-drizzled glass and finished with chocolate maple bark.

Bogside Brewing – Summerside

Apple Mule
A crisp cocktail – spiced just right and crafted with Bogside’s Spark Ginger Lime, Foxe Vodka, fresh lime juice and Apple SNAP Vodka Soda. Served in a cinnamon-rimmed glass and garnished with a house-made dehydrated apple slice.

Apple Orchard Fizz
A crisp mocktail – refreshing blend of locally crafted Spark Ginger Lime, Spark Fizzy Apple and fresh lime juice. Served in a cinnamon-rimmed glass and garnished with house-made dehydrated apple.
