On Thursday, September 17, Atlantic Canada sommelier Lesley Quinn of Stellar Somm will lead guests through an exclusive distilled spirits tasting, sharing her knowledge and expertise along the way.

The experience will feature 3 specialty cocktails carefully paired with 3 dishes by the chef of the Summerside Shipyard Restaurant.
