Jon Matthews brings years of musical experience and East Coast soul to every performance. Originally from Cape Breton and based on PEI since 2002, Jon has built a full-time career as a producer, engineer, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist—but it’s his live acoustic sets that truly showcase his heart for music.

Known as the owner and producer at The Sound Mill, Jon spends plenty of time behind the scenes. However, when he steps on stage with just a guitar and a microphone, audiences get something special—rich vocals, thoughtful song choices, and a relaxed, authentic vibe that makes for a great night out.
