Shipyard Songwriters Series – Tim Chaisson

An Intimate Evening of Live, Original Music

Tim Chaisson is a JUNO Award–winning, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Bear River, Prince Edward Island. An eighth-generation fiddle player, he blends deep-rooted Island traditions with a modern, high-energy sound.

A successful solo artist with three albums, Tim is also a member of the internationally acclaimed The East Pointers, where he sings lead vocals and plays fiddle, guitar, and percussion. Together, they have toured extensively, performing to sold-out audiences across Canada and around the world.

With multiple East Coast Music Awards and Music PEI Awards, Tim continues to share the stories and spirit of PEI through his music.
