SOLD OUT! Wine & Dine on Valentines with Sommelier Lesley Quinn

Join Stellar Sommelier Lesley Quinn for a special pop up Wine & Dine event on Valentines Day at The Lobby Bar. The evening will feature a special four course tasting menu as curated by Chef Kevin Bottrill. To pair with the culinary, Lesley will choose four wines that will accompany each course.

Here’s a sneak peek at the menu:

1. Steak Toast with baked brie – red wine onion jam
2. Tuna Taco with cilantro mayo – wonton crisps – Asian slaw
3. Greek Lemon Chicken Soup & Cucumber Feta Salad
4. Warm Chocolate Cake with tasting notes of cayenne – kahlua – raspberry
