Yoga in the Park – Hosted By Cindy From Luna Yoga PEI
Join Cindy for a gentle and mindful yoga class in the lush green outdoor space of Veteran’s Memorial Park. We’ll explore a series of poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance, including standing, seated, kneeling, and reclined postures. We’ll move with intention and awareness, allowing the beautiful natural surroundings to inspire and support our practice. Mindfulness, breath awareness, and connection to nature are woven throughout the class.
Expect to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, grounded, and connected. Practicing yoga in nature can have numerous health benefits, including reducing stress and improving mood. These classes are free, beginner-friendly, and welcoming to all ages and levels of experience. Bring your own mat or towel, or borrow one of our limited number of loaner yoga mats. Come early to reserve one or simply practice on the grass. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and bring water and sun/bug protection as necessary. No registration required. In the case of rain, the class will be postponed.
