Enjoy a great night of live music with Karen and Mike Penton, the husband-and-wife duo you originally see fronting Summerside’s alt rock-pop band Soul Filter. Performing together for over 15 years, Karen and Mike bring a fun, relaxed set filled with classic covers, forgotten gems, and crowd favourites.

Soul Filter is known for its nostalgic ’90s-inspired sound, drawing influence from artists like Alanis Morissette, The Cranberries, and Sheryl Crow. The band reached the Top 100 in CBC’s Searchlight, earned a Music PEI nomination for Rock Recording of the Year, and continues to release powerful new music, including their single The City Knows, produced by John Angus MacDonald of The Trews.

This duo performance is the perfect mix of feel-good tunes, great vibes, and local talent.
