About the Founder
Hustle Athletic Training was founded by Aaron Dawson, a former professional hockey player and lifelong athlete with a passion for performance and helping others succeed. After earning his business degree from the University of Prince Edward Island, Aaron launched Hustle in 2014 with just two clients in his garage.
Through dedication and a relentless focus on quality, the business expanded into its current waterfront location. Aaron remains hands-on in every aspect of Hustle, from equipment selection and facility design to member experience and long-term vision.
His goal is simple: to create PEI’s premier luxury fitness and athletic training facility — a space where members can train hard, recover properly, and achieve lasting, measurable results.
