Thirty years ago, a group of visionary Summerside residents imagined a place where stories could be shared, artists could shine, and the community could come together. In July 1996, that vision became reality when Harbourfront Theatre opened its doors on the Summerside waterfront, quickly becoming a cultural cornerstone of Prince County.

Now, it’s time to celebrate the theatre’s remarkable journey.

Co-created by Craig Fair Productions and Harbourfront Theatre Executive Director Mary Dennis, A Journey Back brings together a cast of sixteen talented performers, along with special guest appearances, for two unforgettable evenings of music, storytelling, laughter, and nostalgia.

This special anniversary production pays tribute to the people, performances, and moments that have shaped Harbourfront Theatre over the past three decades while celebrating the vibrant future that lies ahead.
