South Central Kitchen & Provisions

We are a little take-out / hang-out sandwich shop and restaurant in downtown Summerside PEI. We believe good for you food, can be good too. Everything we make has lots of colour, texture and layers of flavour coming from real ingredients that you can see and recognize. We like to create and serve some familiar and some more adventurous menu items and want you to try them all!

All our bread is made in our little bakery with no preservatives or additives – just flour, water, salt and yeast. Meats are prepared and roasted whole in our kitchen. Soups are made from scratch with house-made stocks. Most everything else at South Central is made from scratch too, but we are happy to use stuff made by others when the products and people who make it are good.
