Public Skating at Credit Union Place

Monday to Friday | Summerside, PEI

Lace up your skates and enjoy a fun-filled morning at Credit Union Place! Whether you’re an experienced skater or stepping onto the ice for the first time, public skating is a great way to stay active and spend time with family and friends.

Don’t have your own skates? No problem! Skate and helmet rentals are available, along with on-site skate sharpening services.

Public skating takes place in either the Island Petroleum Energy Centre Rink or the Turk Gallant Arena. Check with the front desk upon arrival to confirm which rink is hosting the session.

Skating Schedule

Monday to Friday only

• 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Adult & Senior Skate
• 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Public Skate (All Ages)

Important Schedule Information

There is no public skating on Saturdays, Sundays or statutory holidays.

Public skating will also be unavailable on the following dates:

• November 25–29, 2026
• December 24–25, 2026
• December 29, 2026 – January 1, 2027

Schedules may change due to special events, tournaments or facility bookings.
