Summerside Yuletide Festival

Step into the holiday spirit with the Yuletide Festival in Downtown Summerside! This festive celebration offers something for everyone, from music and parades to cozy evenings by the fire at the Yuletide Village. Explore a variety of family-friendly activities, indulge in seasonal treats, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday season. With events happening throughout December, it’s the perfect way to create magical memories for all ages.

Location: Veterans Memorial Square Park
Experience the magic of the holidays at Yuletide Village! Enjoy games for the whole family, cozy up by the fire pits, and indulge in festive treats like s’mores, cookies, hot chocolate, apple cider, and popcorn. The village will also feature blacksmith demonstrations, horse & carriage rides, and visits with Santa. Don’t forget to send your letters to Santa!

Water Street Santa Claus Parade
Date: December 6
Time: Starts at 6:00 PM
Location: From Greenwood Drive to Granville Street
Kick off the holiday season with the annual Water Street Santa Claus Parade! Join the community to watch festive floats and wave to Santa as he travels through town.

City Christmas Tree Lighting with Santa in Partnership with Sunly
Date: December 6
Time: Starting at 7:15 PM
Location: Yuletide Village – Veterans Memorial Square Park
Gather around for the lighting of the City Christmas Tree! Santa will be there to spread holiday cheer during this magical community tradition.

Jingle All The Way

Drop by our Winter Wonderland in Veterans Memorial Square Park and celebrate the season with music-themed festivities featuring singalongs, dancing, and more!

Join Fandango once again this Christmas season at Harbourfront Theatre on December 6th and 7th with the ever-popular Singing Christmas Tree! Our troupe of singers, dancers and actors promise to deliver an evening filled with wonderful music, delightful dance, and seasonal storytelling for all ages sure to leave you with a warm festive feeling. Bark! The Herald Angels Sing! presented by Global Pet Foods

Join THE GRAND TOUR for an unforgettable evening of Country Classics with a festive twist! This show promises to transport audiences back to the golden eras of the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, while also sprinkling in a dash of Christmas cheer with classic holiday songs that everyone can sing along to!
