The Home

This spacious bungalow-style home features:

2 bedrooms with blackout curtains
2 full bathrooms
Three separate living areas, including a den with a convertible sofa
A bright eat-in kitchen and separate laundry area
Large back deck and a covered front porch—perfect for relaxing outdoors

While the property is saltwater tidal waterfront, there is no direct water view from the house. Beach access is a short, scenic walk through the woods.

Extras & Amenities (by request)

Kayak or paddleboard with life jackets and paddles
Bass fishing rod, gear, and bait (fish right on the property)
Playpen with bedding
Bonfire wood and kindling (additional fee)

Please note: Firewood cannot be brought onto Prince Edward Island.

Kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing gear are available with a refundable deposit and minimum three days’ notice.

Seasonal & Private Stay

Seasonal rentals are available fall through spring, ideal for guests seeking a quiet, restful location. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, excluding the garage and basement, which are used for personal storage. This is not a shared home.

Local Experiences

Guided tours with a knowledgeable local guide are available upon request. Share what you’d like to explore, and we’ll help create a custom itinerary with pricing and recommendations. Guests are responsible for their own transportation.
